Accessing Scheduler outside LAN

Hello,

I'm, trying to get CC to work and be accessible from outside (scheduler) but I'm behind two routers.
I read on Henning's post that it is possible to access the LAN (meaning to access the campcaster scheduler) from outside configuring the Apache configuration files.
Very Simple question: how do I do this? I found the ports.conf file, added our 8001 but nothing changed.

This is our last step in creating our web radio based in Como (Radio Gwendalyn).

Does anybody know what is wrong?
