Setting up LiqudSoap

Hi!
I am newbie after fresh install airtime on Ubuntu machine.
After setting TimeZone AirTime works.

Now I wont make some customizing but I don't understand exactly how and where I can do changes in streaming settings.

There is two file:
1. but I don't know If and how I can add there some feuaters .
2. - But how I can restart this scripts without rebooting all system.
