Is your gLiveSupport.xml really completely empty, apart from the header
and some spaces, or did it just get copied here wrong? Look at the CVS
version
http://code.campware.org/projects/livesupport/file/trunk/livesupport/products/gLiveSupport/etc/gLiveSupport.xml?format=txt
to see what it is supposed to look like.
