Re: [campcaster-support] shuffle

Hi Bartje, Thanks for your question about Campcaster. Shuffle and random play is one of the most-requested features we have. We currently do not have this capability, but with the help of users like yourself and others we could probably get it together relatively easily. Campcaster is a community effort, which means that we only have features that people like yourself either make or pay to have made. Hopefully with your help we can get this and other features up and running; I know there's a need for them. Best regards, douglas =============================================Media Development Loan Fund=============================================Douglas ArellanesHead of Research and DevelopmentCenter for Advanced Media--Prague (CAMP)Na vinicnich horach 24a/1834, 160 00 Prague 6Czech RepublicTel: + 420 2 3333 5356, Fax: +420 2 2431 5419Mobile: +420 724 073 364Skype and Yahoo IM: dougiegyrohttp://www.campware.org=============================================http://www.mdlf.org============================================= "" <phorum@code.campware.org>Sent by: campcaster-support-bounces@netfinity-4.mdlf.org05/18/2008 08:21 PM ZE2Please respond to Support mailing list for the Campcaster software project To: campcaster-support@netfinity-4.mdlf.org cc: bcc: Subject: [campcaster-support] [Campcaster Support] shuffle Author: bartjeLink:  http://code.campware.org/phorum/read.php?20,6379,6379#msg-6379--------------------------------------------------------------------------------Hi,At the moment I am testing campcaster for a small local radio station and I was wondering if it is possible to shuffle music files in a playlist so we can create a playlist with popular numbers wich will play random if no other playlist is selected and there is no live broadcast. The current program we use can shuffle audio track's but doesn't has a webinterface. I really like to use campware but if we can't shuffle the people from the radio never want to use is.Kind regards,Bartje--Sent from Campware Forumshttp://code.campware.org/phorum
