XmlRpcClient::readHeader: No Content-length specified

Dear friends,

This seems similar to a previous user's problem but in that case it returned a 403 error so I think this is a different case.

I have installed LiveSupport (all components) and everything seemed to install properly. However, starting LS causes the following error message:

authentication problem: Login failed.

I get a 404 page not found error if I try to access LS.
