Newb needs help getting FM on air by Feb 1st in Portland, OR

Hello all!  Sorry to be another newb in a sea of geniuses, but we need your help getting on the air by Feb 1st in Portland, OR.  I've spent 6 years working to get an FCC FM permit, and we must get on the air by Feb 1st.  Our non-profit is a startup and just getting going, so a Xubuntu box from Free Geek and Airtime seems like the perfect solution for us to get required FCC announcements to fire at the top of every hour.
