Okay, il admit im not great with linux, use it more as the desktop interace as command line confuses me XD
Ive setup a Fresh Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Virtual Machine.
opened the .deb package from the download link, fires up Ubuntu Software Center.
Click install and it fails with the following error :
